Project Overview

The proposed project focuses on the redevelopment and functional reassignment of a historic building located in the heart of Viterbo, known as the SS Simone & Giuda Complex.
Covering a total area of approximately 5,700 square meters, including 2,500 sqm of covered space and over 3,200 sqm of outdoor areas, the complex occupies a strategic position within the city, closely connected to its cultural, economic, and commercial activities.
The intervention consists of an integrated architectural and structural recovery plan, aimed at restoring and repurposing the complex through:
· Structural consolidation
· Technological innovation
· Architectural enhancement
The project adopts eco-sustainable solutions to transform the site into a multifunctional facility, combining residential spaces with a cultural and social hub. The overarching goal is to promote social cohesion, improve the quality of the built environment, and enhance the urban experience for the local community.
