Project Overview

The intervention area is located on the outskirts of the town center and currently serves as a sports field. The goal is to redevelop the site by constructing a CONI-compliant gymnasium with adjoining multipurpose spaces.

The new building will consist of a single structure with a load-bearing steel frame, except for the elevator shaft and internal staircases, which will be made of reinforced concrete. The building footprint is rectangular, measuring 45m by 30m, with a total height of 12.4m.

Inside the complex, there will be a playing field, spectator stands, and a multipurpose area.

The roof structure will feature cellular beams over the multipurpose zone, while the remaining spans will be covered with lattice girders.

The project complies with the regulatory provisions of the Ministerial Decree dated 17/01/2018, “Update of Technical Standards for Construction,” and the explanatory Circular No. 7 dated 21/01/2019.
