Project Overview
The project concerns the renovation and enhancement of the municipal building located in the historic center of Fluminimaggiore, which served as a municipal nursery school (Former Nursery) until the mid-1990s.
The objective is to carry out extraordinary maintenance, functional upgrading, and renovation of the building to convert it into a ‘Reception, Information, and Tourist Promotion Point and Giuseppe Dessì Documentation Center.’ The design will be adapted in terms of functions, spaces, and fittings according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, aiming to combine the enhancement of the building with the potential to generate economic development and support its operational costs.
